Contract Writing & Management

URIELSI doesn’t “help you write”; it assembles contracts the same way every time based on the legal structure, tone, rules, and formatting you’ve locked into the Permanent Core.  It takes each document from idea to legal draft, ready to be approved by your lawyer.

The Writing Agentic can:

• generate contracts from preset templates with zero manual drafting
• insert terms, rates, dates, and conditions automatically
• adjust clauses based on location, role, or policy rules
• apply your saved tone and legal wording without deviation
• update every contract template the moment your Core standards change
• route documents for approval, signatures, and storage
• store signed versions in the correct module (HR, client file, CRM, vendor)
• trigger workflows once a contract is signed (onboarding, provisioning, billing)

You do not rewrite contracts.
You do not format contracts.
You do not rebuild them when policies change.

A9 produces consistent, compliant, fully formatted contracts on demand using the standards you’ve already defined—giving you controlled, repeatable legal documents across the entire business without manual work or risk of human variation.

Explaining Full Compliance is beyond the scope of this web page. If you would like more information please contact us.

Policy & Document Standardization

A9 maintains a centralized policy engine that controls how every internal document is written, formatted, updated, and distributed across the system. Instead of staff creating their own versions—or documents drifting over time—the platform enforces a single, consistent standard based on the rules you’ve saved to the Permanent Core.

The system can:

• generate employee handbooks, policy updates, safety documents, and compliance notices
• apply your exact structure, terminology, tone, and formatting to every file
• auto-update all policies when Core standards change
• distribute updated documents to staff portals, training modules, or onboarding sequences
• track who has viewed, acknowledged, or completed policy requirements
• maintain a version history so nothing is lost and every change is documented
• trigger workflows when policy updates require new training, signatures, or compliance steps

A9 eliminates uncontrolled document drift. Every policy stays current, consistent, and aligned with your permanent standards—no matter who in the organization accesses it.

Digital Signatures & Legal Compliance

A9 includes a signature engine designed to generate, route, and track electronically signed documents in compliance with Canadian federal and provincial legislation. Under PIPEDA and the Uniform Electronic Commerce Act, electronic signatures are legally valid for most business documents as long as identity, intent, and document integrity can be established.

A9 captures metadata, timestamps, identity signals, and document hashes so each signed file carries the evidence required for enforceability. The signature becomes part of the document record and cannot be altered without invalidation.

This system removes manual steps, prevents version drift, and keeps all signed documents aligned with your Permanent Core standards.

Note: Documents can be stripped of data using free online tools. That is why your contracts can be signed, and stored, from within the system. Clients can be asked to open a profile on the platform, which you can prevent from being deleted. This gives you an extra layer of security.

If you have documents that require an extra level of security then we suggest using Docusign.

How A9 Handles Electronic Signatures

A9 applies electronic signatures to documents generated through the system—contracts, agreements, onboarding packages, policy acknowledgments, renewals, and operational forms.

The signature engine can:

• attach electronic signatures with full audit trails
• track signer identity and intent
• time-stamp and hash the final file
• route documents for signature through email or client portals
• capture role-based signatures (owner, employee, contractor, vendor)
• store final documents with version control
• trigger workflows after signatures are completed
• sync signed documents into HR, CRM, or client files

Documents retain a chain of custody, ensuring integrity and evidentiary reliability.
